Bigos Management Inc. in Golden Valley, MN is seeking a Director of Information Technology to lead the reliability, security, and performance of our systems across the corporate office and ~60 apartment communities.

Reporting to the VP of IT, this hands-on role translates strategy into executable work and drives IT initiatives across the organization. This role leads the IT team, governs vendors and budgets, and partners with departments to enhance workflows while upholding our employee‑first

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive IT experience including leadership of a technical team.
• Hands-on background across infrastructure, endpoints, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT team and set priorities, standards, and success metrics.
• Oversee service desk and incident response, ensuring timely resolutions.
• Manage network, server, cloud, and storage infrastructure.
• Direct Vendor and project management, including budget oversight.
• Ensure security operations, patch management, and disaster recovery.
• Collaborate with Property Management and other departments to improve workflows.
• Drive IT projects from planning through stabilization and hand-off to operations.
