Job summary

A leading IT services provider is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee their internal IT function in Seattle, WA. This role involves managing a team of IT professionals and ensuring the company’s infrastructure and security posture is robust. The IT Manager will also define operational standards, oversee vendor relationships, and coordinate multi-location IT projects. Candidates should have strong networking and systems administration skills with a proven leadership background, along with experience in a multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a leadership position.
• Strong hands‑on background in networking and systems administration.
• Experience supporting multi-site or distributed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the internal IT team; set priorities, standards, and best practices.
• Own infrastructure including networking, firewalls/VPNs, servers, virtualization, backups.
• Manage identity, endpoints, and core business applications.
• Define and maintain security posture, policies, and compliance controls.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and IT budgeting.
• Deliver and coordinate multi-location IT projects.
