Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is seeking an IT Manager to lead multi-site IT operations across help desk, infrastructure, security, and cloud services. The role oversees budgets, vendors, licenses, and contracts while driving standardization and reliability.

You will manage cybersecurity programs, backups, disaster recovery, and business continuity, partnering with leadership on technology projects and process improvements. Strong coaching will support a service-focused culture.

• Experience across IT operations including help desk, infrastructure, security.
• Strong leadership for multi-site IT operations and vendor management.
• Experience with budgets, licenses, and IT contracts.
• Proven cybersecurity policy development and threat response.

Responsibilities

• Lead multi-site IT operations with reliable, secure service.
• Manage IT priorities, budgets, vendors, licenses, and contracts.
• Oversee Help Desk, escalations, onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain servers, networks, cloud systems, backups, DR, and BC.
• Lead cybersecurity policies, tools, and audits/compliance.
• Deliver tech projects and process improvements with leadership.
• Coach IT team and foster service-oriented culture.
