Job summary

Aldridge is seeking a Technical Client Success Manager to serve as the bridge between technical execution and executive client sponsors. You will manage account health, lead meetings, and ensure proactive communication to sustain client value.

With 3–5+ years in IT/ MSP environments, you will collaborate with senior teams, align IT roadmaps, and help drive customer success across a portfolio while traveling up to 20% of the time.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of IT experience in a Managed Services environment.
• Familiarity with cloud, servers, backups, and networking is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts across stages.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary liaison for assigned client accounts, ensuring timely communication of updates, risks, or opportunities.
• Prepare, schedule, and lead regular Update and Planning Meetings and contribute to business reviews.
• Translate client needs into roadmap opportunities and surface recurring or project-based needs.
