Job summary

Charles IT is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients, addressing technical escalations and business objectives. You will be highly organized, client-focused, and detail-oriented, driving successful delivery and strategic roadmaps.

You will build strong relationships, mentor the team, and ensure accurate technical solutions while maintaining documentation and coordinating client meetings.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in the IT field.
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Technical certifications in Microsoft, Cisco, Virtualization are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with technical clients and serve as their primary contact for Charles IT.
• Lead as point of contact for client escalations and delivery of projects.
• Analyze clients’ needs and develop roadmaps to align to best practices.
• Mentor the technical team and cross-train staff on client infrastructure.
