Job summary

Integris in Illinois is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business within a defined territory. You will identify, qualify, and close opportunities using a consultative sales approach and a solid understanding of complex technology solutions.

Work closely with Client Experience, Marketing, and Service Delivery to present tailored ROI-driven proposals, price effectively, and own the full sales cycle from lead to contract, while aiming to meet or exceed quarterly quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B sales
• Experience in MSP, SaaS, or IT services preferred
• Strong consultative selling and pipeline management

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Lead discovery calls and meetings to understand business challenges and stakeholder priorities.
• Qualify prospects based on budget, authority, need, and timing.
• Develop and present proposals with ROI models and tailored solutions.
• Partner with CX and internal teams to scope and price tailored technology solutions.
• Own the sales process from initial contact through close with consistent follow-up.
• Accurately track activity in CRM and meet quotas and KPIs.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and product knowledge updates.
• Stay current on industry trends and competitive positioning.
