Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–5 years of inventory control, purchasing, or warehouse administration experience.
• ERP/MRP experience preferred.
• Manufacturing or heavy equipment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records and investigate discrepancies.
• Perform cycle counts and reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
• Monitor shortages and excess inventory; coordinate adjustments.
• Assist purchasing to expedite critical orders and resolve supply issues.
• Communicate ETA and order status to internal teams.
