Job summary

The Skill Set is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse professional to support daily inventory control and shipping/receiving tasks. Responsibilities include cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and coordination with production and other departments. Strong office software skills and ERP familiarity are preferred.

This on-site role requires accuracy, reliability, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams to maintain inventory integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
• Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
• Must work well with other departments.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Manufacturing ERP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with general warehouse functions including loading and unloading trailers.
• Support systems involved with the main inventory process.
• Cycle counting, scrap, return to vendor.
• Shipping and Receiving—internal and external.
• Picking and issuing material.
• Miscellaneous transactions.
• Monthly and year end inventory prep and reporting.
• Slow moving/obsolete inventory disposition.
• Plant shipping processes in the WMS system.
• Provide support to production and warehouse facilities to resolve discrepancies and improve timeliness and accuracy of inventory processes.
