Job summary

NOV Fort Worth seeks an Inventory Control Administrator responsible for managing receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and material pulls for capital, spare parts, and warranty orders. You will ensure accuracy and timely delivery while meeting KPIs.

You will collaborate with Project Management, Purchasing, Sales, and Service to expedite shortages, train staff, and maintain inventory logs. The role requires strong organizational skills and adherence to safety and environmental policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse/inventory control
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively

Responsibilities

• Manage all Inventory Control activities including receiving, stocking, cycle counting, and inventory pulls for capital, spare parts, and warranty orders.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper storage of all assets; ensure timely delivery of material for capital, spare parts, service, and repair requirements.
• Meet warehouse KPIs and report on status.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, spare parts, and warranty requirements; ensure prompt processing and movement of parts.
• Coordinate material flow for warranty returns with Sales, Service, Shipping, Receiving, Project Management and Purchasing.
• Train personnel and maintain Inventory Control work instructions and processes.
