Job summary

Light & Wonder is seeking an Inventory Control Assistant I to maintain accurate warehouse inventory records, perform cycle counts, and verify physical stock. The role supports operational efficiency by ensuring inventory accuracy and adhering to procedures, while communicating with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities include investigating discrepancies, executing transactions in ERP systems, and handling material transfers safely.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience in a warehouse, inventory control, manufacturing, or similar environment.
• Ability to perform accurate inventory counts and basic inventory audits.
• Basic computer proficiency including office applications and inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate cycle counts and physical inventory checks across locations.
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and communicate findings to leadership.
• Execute inventory transactions in ERP and inventory systems.
• Pick, stage, transact, and transfer materials as required.
• Process scrap, split moves, and adjustments per procedures.
• Use dashboards and reports to complete daily inventory tasks.
