Job summary

RWC Group - Parts Department is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk to keep our parts inventory accurate and operations smooth. You will pull returns, process credits, and perform cycle counts while collaborating with warehouse teams, vendors, and customers.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and physical ability to lift parts daily. A high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in inventory or warehouse work are required, with familiarity in DMS or inventory software preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years in inventory, warehouse, or parts role.
• Proficient with inventory systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Pull and verify return parts from stock.
• Process vendor returns in the DMS with documentation.
• Coordinate with purchasing to meet return deadlines.
• Verify returns against invoices for eligibility.
• Perform cycle counts (13 bins per day).
• Investigate inventory discrepancies and adjust in the DMS.
• Maintain organized returns and parts areas.
• Communicate with vendors, purchasing, and warehouse teams on returns and authorizations.
• Provide reports on inventory trends and obsolete parts.
