Key collaborations span Planning, Purchasing, Operations, Warehouse, Finance, Quality, and Engineering to align system records with on‑hand materials and production needs.

Qualifications

• Two years of inventory control or related experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Experience performing inventory counts and researching discrepancies.
• Working knowledge of ERP/inventory-management systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to interpret bills of material, work orders, part-number structures, units of measure, inventory reports, and transaction history.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Execute cycle-counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Monitor inventory accuracy across raw materials, work in process, finished goods.
• Coordinate recounts and process adjustments.
• Collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, Operations, and Finance to ensure material readiness.
• Identify obsolete, excess inventory and support disposition.
