CVS Health is seeking an Internal Communications Manager & SharePoint Specialist to lead executive messaging and manage the SharePoint communications hub for ~3,000 employees and 1,500 contractors. The role partners with SVP/VP levels, owns leadership announcements, and elevates engagement across channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in corporate or internal communications.
• 2+ years with executive communications (VP+).
• 2+ years working with VP-level leaders.
• 2+ years maintaining SharePoint as an organizational comms vehicle.
• 2+ years of strong writing and editing across voices.
• 2+ years managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the head of A&BC to craft on-brand messages for leadership.
• Plan, draft, and deliver leadership announcements and organizational updates.
• Maintain a communications calendar to coordinate messaging.
• Oversee the A&BC SharePoint site as the primary communications channel.
• Support town halls, surveys, and related engagement activities.
• Align A&BC communications with enterprise priorities and standards.
