Job summary

CVS Health seeks an Internal Communications Manager & SharePoint Specialist to lead organizational communications for a large workforce and contractors. The role partners with SVP/VP leaders to shape messaging, manage announcements, and keep the organization informed. It also owns the SharePoint site as the primary communications channel.

The position requires strong writing, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure brand-aligned, engaging content across channels.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with corporate or internal communications.
• 2+ years of experience with executive communications (VP+).
• 2+ years of experience working with VP-level leaders, producing on-tone, on-brand communications.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience creating, managing, and maintaining SharePoint sites used as an organizational communications vehicle.
• 2+ years of exceptional writing and editing skills with adaptable voice for different leaders/audiences.
• 2+ years demonstrating strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Write communications, announcements and leadership messages in an authentic, on-brand voice.
• Advise senior leaders on communication strategy and manage planning, drafting and delivery of major updates.
• Maintain a communications calendar coordinating leadership messaging and avoiding fatigue.
• Manage the SharePoint site content, governance, and content quality.
