Job summary

Deloitte in the United States is seeking a Specialist Manager, Communications to own and execute strategic internal communications aligned with the US CEO's priorities. You will report to an Associate Director on the US CEO internal communications team and may work extended hours as needed.

You will lead on executive communications, internal webcasts, newsletters, and special projects while coordinating across a matrixed organization and leveraging new tools to enhance engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or journalism.
• 5+ years of communications experience in executive/internal/corporate communications.
• Willingness to travel 0–15% and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end executive communications for the US CEO and internal audiences.
• Lead strategy and program management for internal webcasts and events, including invitations and talking points.
• Collaborate across a matrixed organization to align stakeholders and drive cross‑business priorities.
• Edit and disseminate executive communications, capturing CEO voice and priorities.
• Curate engaging executive newsletters with appropriate voice and tone.
• Oversee scripting, recording, post‑production, and approvals of internal videos.
• Monitor evolving internal comms landscape and identify AI tools to elevate engagement.
• Provide operational support across internal platforms (e.g., distribution lists, Poppulo, Deloitte Today).
• Lead editorial and operational special projects as priorities dictate.
• Support external executive communications as needed.
