Job summary

Deloitte’s Office of the CEO communications team is seeking a Specialist Manager, Communications to own and execute strategic internal communications aligned with US CEO priorities. This role requires building relationships, managing complex projects, and delivering precise results in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will report to an Associate Director, lead internal executive communications, newsletters, videos, and cross-team collaboration, with occasional extended hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or journalism.
• 5+ years of communications experience, with executive/internal or corporate communications.
• Ability to travel 0–15%, on average, based on work.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop internal firm priorities into executive communications.
• Lead strategy and program management for internal webcasts, including topics, schedules, invites, talking points, and replay communications.
• Navigate and collaborate across a matrixed organization to align stakeholders and deliver cohesive communications.
• Own end-to-end writing, editing, and dissemination of executive communications for the CEO and leadership team.
• Proactively curate executive newsletter content with strong voice and tone.
• Manage scripting, recording, post-production, and approval of internal videos.
• Monitor evolving internal comms landscape and emerging AI tools to elevate team performance and engagement.
• Provide operational support across internal platforms (distribution lists, Poppulo, Deloitte Today).
• Lead editorial and operational special projects as priorities dictate.
• Support external executive communications on an ad hoc basis.
