Job summary

Deloitte seeks an experienced Specialist Manager, Communications to own and execute strategic internal communications for the US CEO priorities. You will build relationships with diverse stakeholders and manage complex projects with precision in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to an Associate Director on the US CEO internal communications team and occasionally work extended hours. Recruiting ends 18 September 2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, PR, marketing, or journalism.
• 5+ years of communications experience in executive/internal/corporate roles.
• Ability to travel 0–15%, depending on client/work needs.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end executive communications, capturing CEO priorities.
• Lead strategy and program management for internal webcasts and related invitations, talking points, and revisions.
• Coordinate across a matrixed organization to align stakeholders and deliver cohesive communications.
• Develop engaging internal firmwide communications and curate executive newsletter content.
• Oversee scripting, recording, post-production, and approvals of internal videos.
• Monitor internal comms landscape and propose new AI-driven approaches to boost engagement.
• Provide operational support for internal platforms like distribution lists and Deloitte Today.
• Lead editorial/operational special projects and support external executive communications when needed.
