Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Specialist Manager, Communications to own and execute strategic internal communications for the US CEO. You will build relationships with diverse stakeholders, manage complex programs, and ensure precise, high-quality execution in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to an Associate Director in the US CEO internal communications team, with occasional extended hours and a focus on crafting executive voice across newsletters, webcasts, and video content.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or journalism.
• 5+ years of communications experience in executive/internal/corporate comms.
• Willingness to travel 0–15% on average.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute internal firmwide communications to align with US CEO priorities.
• Lead strategy and program management for internal webcasts: topics, reviews, invites, talking points, and replay communications.
• Collaborate across a matrixed organization to align stakeholders and deliver cohesive communications.
• Manage end-to-end writing, editing, and dissemination of executive communications reflecting CEO priorities.
• Curate executive newsletter content with strong writing and tone.
• Oversee scripting, recording, post-production, and approval of internal videos.
• Monitor evolving internal comms landscape and adopt new tools and best practices.
• Provide operational support across internal platforms (distribution lists, Poppulo, Deloitte Today).
• Lead editorial and operational special projects as priorities dictate.
• Support external executive communications when needed.
