Job summary

Deloitte US seeks a Specialist Manager, Communications to own and execute strategic internal communications that align with the US CEO priorities. Ideal candidates will excel at building relationships with diverse stakeholders and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to an Associate Director on the US CEO internal communications team, lead internal webcasts, newsletters, and end-to-end writing, while occasionally working extended hours and traveling as needed to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or journalism.
• 5+ years of communications experience, with executive/internal/corporate focus.
• Ability to travel 0-15%, based on work and clients.

Responsibilities

• Developing executive communications that reflect CEO priorities.
• Leading strategy and program management for internal webcasts, invites, talking points, and replay communications.
• Collaborating across a matrixed organization to align stakeholders and deliver cohesive communications.
• Owning end-to-end writing, editing, and dissemination of executive communications.
• Curating executive newsletter content and maintaining voice and tone.
• Managing scripting, recording, post-production, and approval of internal videos.
• Monitoring internal comms landscape including AI tools for best practices.
• Providing operational support across internal platforms (distribution lists, Poppulo, Deloitte Today).
• Leading editorial and operational special projects as priorities dictate.
• Supporting external executive communications on an ad hoc basis.
