Job summary

Deloitte US is seeking a Specialist Manager, Communications to own and execute strategic internal communications that align with the US CEO's priorities. You will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, manage complex projects, and report to an Associate Director on the US CEO internal communications team.

The role may require occasional extended hours and travel up to 15%. You will lead end-to-end writing, editing, and dissemination of executive communications and help curate executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or journalism.
• 5+ years of communications experience, with significant time in executive/internal/corporate communications.
• Ability to travel 0-15%, on average.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end writing, editing, and dissemination of executive communications.
• Lead strategy and program management for internal webcasts and executive newsletters.
• Manage scripting, recording, post-production, and approval of internal videos.
• Monitor evolving internal comms landscape and apply best practices.
• Provide operational support across internal platforms (e.g., distribution lists, Poppulo, Deloitte Today).
• Support external executive communications on an ad hoc basis.
