Job summary

Deloitte seeks a Specialist Manager, Communications to own and execute strategic internal communications for the US CEO. Reporting to an Associate Director, you will craft executive comms, newsletters, and internal videos, coordinating across the firm to align priorities and drive engagement.

You’ll manage end-to-end writing, collaborate across functions, and leverage AI tools to elevate impact. Occasional extended hours may apply; travel 0–15% as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, PR, marketing, or journalism.
• 5+ years in executive, internal, or corporate communications.
• 0–15% travel expectation, depending on client work.
• Authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end writing, editing, and dissemination of executive communications.
• Lead strategy and program management for internal webcasts, invites, talking points.
• Collaborate across a matrixed organization to align stakeholders and priorities.
• Curate executive newsletter content and maintain tone and voice for CEO.
• Oversee scripting, recording, post-production, and approvals for internal videos.
• Support external executive communications as needed.
