Job summary

The US CEO communications team at Deloitte is seeking a Specialist Manager, Communications to own and execute strategic internal communications aligning with the US CEO’s priorities. You will report to an Associate Director and may work extended hours as needed while building relationships with diverse stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or journalism.
• 5+ years of communications experience in executive/internal/corporate communications.
• Ability to travel 0-15% on average.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end writing, editing, and dissemination of executive communications.
• Lead strategy and program management for internal webcasts and related invites, talking points, and replays.
• Collaborate across a matrixed organization to align stakeholders and priorities.
• Curate executive newsletter content and maintain tone and voice.
• Support internal and external executive communications as needed.
• Provide operational support across internal platforms (distribution lists, Poppulo, Deloitte Today).
