Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, PR, marketing, or journalism.
• 5+ years in executive, internal, or corporate communications.
• Ability to travel 0–15%, on average, based on role and clients.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute internal firmwide communications aligned to CEO priorities.
• Lead strategy and program management for internal webcasts and events.
• Draft invites, talking points, and renewal communications with executive tone.
• Collaborate across a matrixed org to align stakeholders and priorities.
• Write, edit, and disseminate executive communications for the CEO and leadership.
• Curate engaging executive newsletters and manage voice and tone.
• Oversee internal videos including scripting, recording, and post‑production.
• Monitor and adopt emerging AI tools for improved engagement and processes.
• Support distribution lists, Poppulo, Deloitte Today, and other platforms.
• Lead editorial and operational special projects as needed.
