Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Specialist Manager, Communications to own and execute strategic internal communications that align with the US CEO's priorities. The role requires building relationships with diverse stakeholders and managing complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

You will report to an Associate Director on the US CEO internal communications team and may include occasional extended hours. Recruiting ends September 18, 2026.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing or journalism.
• 5+ years of communications experience in executive, internal, or corporate communications.
• Ability to travel 0–15% on average.

Responsibilities

• Owns end-to-end executive communications, capturing the voice and priorities of the CEO and leadership.
• Leads strategy and program management for internal webcasts, including topics, invites, talking points, and replay communications.
• Manages editorial and operational special projects across internal platforms and content.
• Collaborates across a matrixed organization to align stakeholders and deliver cohesive communications.
• Supports external executive communications on an ad hoc basis.
