Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager for its Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice in the United States. You will lead complex life, annuity, and group insurance transformation programs, guiding strategy through implementation across multidisciplinary teams and external partners.

The role emphasizes delivering measurable business value, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement. The position requires 6-10+ years in consulting or financial services tech, with deep experience in Life/Annuity

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience
Eight or more years of relevant professional experience in consulting, insurance, financial services technology, or enterprise transformation
At least five years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance
Experience leading large-scale transformation programs with multi-vendor delivery
Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
Advanced proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel
Experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale platform transformation programs for life, annuity, and group insurance
Coordinate cross-functional teams and multiple vendors to deliver outcomes
Translate client objectives into delivery roadmaps, plans, and measurable results
Advise senior clients and manage stakeholder alignment
Support business development and contribute to thought leadership and accelerators
