Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join EY’s Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice. You will lead complex life insurance, annuity, and group benefits transformation engagements across multi‑vendor environments, from strategy through implementation and adoption.

You will build trusted client relationships, translate objectives into practical roadmaps, and mentor teams to deliver measurable business value while aligning with governance and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Eight or more years of relevant professional experience in consulting, insurance, financial services technology, or enterprise transformation.
• At least five years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with policy administration platforms or modern PAS solutions.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and delivery leadership skills.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
• Willingness to travel up to 50% based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale transformation programs and multi-vendor delivery efforts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage scope, timelines, budgets, and risks.
• Establish governance and reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
• Guide insurance platform transformation across policy administration, billing, servicing, and claims.
• Mentor teams and support business development and account growth.
