Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice, focusing on life, annuity, and group insurance transformations. You will lead complex engagements from strategy through implementation, aligning client objectives with practical roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

As a Manager, you will coordinate cross-functional teams across client, EY, and vendors, guiding platform selection, configuration, and data migration while driving delivery excellence in a multi-vendor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience
• Eight or more years of relevant professional experience in consulting, insurance, financial services technology, or enterprise transformation
• At least five years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs
• Experience with one or more policy administration platforms (FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro)
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working across multi-vendor and geographically distributed delivery models

Responsibilities

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with accountability for scope, quality, timelines, and outcomes
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders
• Translate client objectives into delivery strategies and roadmaps
• Coordinate client, EY, platform vendor, system integrator, and third-party teams
• Oversee end-to-end platform configuration, data migration, testing, and release readiness
