EY is seeking a Manager to join its Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice in the US. You will lead complex life insurance transformation programs, manage multidisciplinary teams, and drive business growth while delivering large-scale technology-enabled changes across policy administration and servicing.

You will serve as a trusted advisor to executives, shape delivery roadmaps, govern programs, and develop talent while expanding EY’s insurance consulting capabilities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience within Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
• Experience with one or more policy administration platforms including FAST, FINEOS AdminSuite, ALIP, OIPA, DXC wmA/CyberLife, EXL LifePro, or comparable modern PAS solutions.
• Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs, ensuring delivery aligns with business objectives, architecture standards, and contractual commitments.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders, driving strategic outcomes and stakeholder alignment.
• Define delivery roadmaps, governance models, and execution strategies across complex workstreams.
• Oversee program scope, budget, risks, dependencies, resources, and overall delivery performance.
• Lead governance forums and drive collaboration across client, EY, and vendor teams to resolve complex business and technology challenges.
• Ensure delivery excellence through Agile, SAFe, DevOps, quality engineering, release management, and operational readiness practices.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions, automation, and data-driven insights to improve productivity, quality, decision-making, and business value.
• Monitor program health, compliance, security, and architecture standards while proactively addressing delivery risks and opportunities.
• Lead, coach, and mentor consulting teams, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Support account growth through client relationship management, opportunity identification, and proposal development.
