Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice, leading life, annuity, and group insurance transformation programs. You will guide strategy, planning, and implementation across cross‑functional teams and vendors, delivering measurable business outcomes for clients.

You will build trusted client relationships, manage scope, timelines, and budgets, and advance EY’s insurance transformation capabilities with innovative accelerators and agile practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 6–10+ years of relevant experience in consulting, insurance, or enterprise transformation.
• Eight or more years of relevant professional experience in consulting, insurance, financial services technology, or enterprise transformation.
• At least five years of experience in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex client engagements and multisector teams focused on life, annuity, and group insurance transformations.
• Coordinate cross‑vendor delivery and stakeholder alignment for large-scale platform transformations.
• Translate client objectives into delivery strategies, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage governance, budgets, risks, and timelines across multiple workstreams.
• Support business development and contribute to solution shaping and proposals.
