EY seeks a Manager to join the Business Transformation & Growth practice, focusing on life insurance, annuity, and group benefits transformations. You will lead complex engagements, oversee multi-vendor teams, and drive measurable outcomes from strategy through implementation and adoption.

You will influence senior stakeholders, guide platform solutions, and ensure governance and program management excellence across large programs and diverse teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree or higher and 6–10+ years of professional experience.
• Eight or more years in consulting, insurance, financial services tech, or transformation.
• At least five years in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with policy administration platforms such as FAST, FINEOS, ALIP, OIPA, DXC WmA/CyberLife, LifePro or similar.

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with accountability for scope, quality, timelines, and outcomes.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders.
• Translate objectives into delivery strategies and roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to maintain alignment.
• Oversee end-to-end platform configuration, data migration, testing, release readiness, and stabilization.
