Zusammenfassung

EY is seeking a Manager to join its Business Transformation & Growth (BTG) practice in the US. You will lead complex insurance transformation engagements across life, annuity, and group benefits, guiding strategy to implementation and adoption. You will mentor teams, manage budgets, and drive measurable outcomes with senior client stakeholders.

You will apply Agile/SAFe practices, work with PAS platforms, and partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 6-10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Eight or more years of experience in consulting, insurance, financial services technology, or enterprise transformation.
• At least five years of experience in Life, Annuity, or Group Benefits insurance.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale transformation programs
• Experience managing client relationships and cross-functional teams.
• Experience with policy administration platforms (PAS).
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead large-scale platform transformation programs with accountability for scope, quality, timelines, budget, resources, risks, and outcomes.
• Serve as trusted advisor to client business and technology leaders, driving strategic outcomes.
• Translate objectives into delivery strategies, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across client, EY, platform vendors, and SI partners.
• Oversee end-to-end requirements, design, configuration, integration, APIs, and data migration.
