You\'ll serve as the primary contact, tailor plans, coordinate with carriers, prepare proposals, and support renewals while leveraging AI tools to deliver best‑in‑class service.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license required or must be in domicile state.
• Four-year degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years account management experience in the insurance industry with a focus on personal lines of coverage.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus or a must in some locations.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills for client meetings.
• Must have a valid driver\'s license and ability to travel to client sites.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for clients, advising on coverage changes and contractual requirements.
• Develop strategic insurance plans tailored to client needs.
• Act as field underwriter and authorized representative to assess and bind coverage.
• Manage renewals and client proposals with timely quotations and policies.
• Assist clients with claims coordination and prompt carrier responses.
• Review policies during renewals and audits and communicate discrepancies to clients.
