Relation Insurance Inc. seeks an Account Manager for the Small Business Unit to manage client relationships, advise on coverage and risk management, and align insurance programs with client growth plans.

The role requires a Property and Casualty license, a high school diploma (bachelor’s preferred), 5+ years of account management in personal lines, and proficiency in Microsoft Office; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus in some locations. Travel may be required.

Qualificações

• Insurance designations (AINS, CIC, CPCU, ARM) are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Serves as the main contact for clients, advising on coverage changes and policy requirements.
• Partners in developing tailored insurance plans to meet client needs.
• Oversees renewal remarketing, proposals, submissions, and risk analyses for accurate quotations and policies.
• Prepares binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, and other documents to support client needs.
• Facilitates claims process with adjusters and carriers to secure timely settlements.
