Relation Insurance Services is seeking an Account Manager, Small Business Unit, to manage client relationships for small commercial accounts. You will provide strategic coverage guidance, risk management, and tailor insurance plans to client needs.

The role requires a Property & Casualty license, 5+ years of account management in insurance, and strong analytical/communication skills. Travel to client sites may be required, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Competenze

• Property & Casualty license from state of domicile is required and must be maintained.
• Insurance industry experience with a focus on commercial lines is preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus or a must in some locations.

Mansioni

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, guiding coverage changes and contractual requirements.
• Partner in strategic development of customized insurance plans.
• Assist clients with renewals, proposals, loss evaluations, and risk analyses to produce timely quotes.
• Prepare binders, certificates, policies, endorsements, and other documents for clients.
• Assist with claims submissions and facilitate carrier responses for prompt settlements.
• Conduct renewals and audits to ensure accuracy and communicate discrepancies to clients.
