Relation Insurance Services of North Carolina, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager for the Small Business Unit to manage client relationships and provide strategic coverage advice. You will coordinate renewals, proposals, and risk analyses, while acting as a liaison with carriers to secure appropriate policies.

The role emphasizes client service excellence, accurate documentation, and timely communication, with opportunities for advancement and ongoing professional development.

Competenze

• Must hold a Property and Casualty license in domicile state.
• 5+ years account management experience in the insurance industry.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; bilingual a plus.
• Strong analytical, numeric, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Willingness to travel and valid driver’s license.

Mansioni

• Serve as the main point of contact for the clients, guiding coverage changes and contractual requirements.
• Develop tailored insurance plans and risk analyses for clients.
• Assist with renewals, proposals, quotes, and binders, and coordinate billing options.
• Support claims process by liaising with adjusters and carriers.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors and carriers to retain accounts.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance service quality and efficiency.
