Qualifications

• Experience in personal or commercial insurance industry is strongly preferred.
• Direct or solutions-based B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Experience working with data, analytics, or data-driven solutions is preferred.
• Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly and annual revenue objectives within assigned enterprise accounts.
• Identify and pursue revenue opportunities across accounts, including subsidiaries.
• Manage retention plans and activities to protect the revenue base.
• Develop and execute strategic account and territory plans for retention and growth.
• Build relationships with key contacts and decision-makers within accounts.
• Forecast and manage pipeline activities in Salesforce/MyCRM.
