Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to oversee client relationships, advise on coverage and risk management, and align programs with clients' long-term goals. You will act as a liaison with carriers, prepare proposals, and guide renewals using current market insights.

The role requires a Property & Casualty license, 5+ years in commercial insurance account management, and willingness to travel. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus in some locations.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty License (state of domicile) required and maintained.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years account management experience in the insurance industry (commercial lines).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as main client contact, guiding coverage changes and policy requirements.
• Develop and tailor insurance plans to client needs.
• Assist with coverages, binders, and proposals; coordinate loss evaluations and risk analyses.
• Manage renewals and remarketing to retain accounts.
• Leverage technology and AI tools to enhance client service.
