The position involves binding coverage, remarketing renewals, preparing proposals, and educating clients on policy changes. Travel and license maintenance are required.

Qualifications

• Has Property & Casualty license and strong knowledge of commercial lines of coverage.
• Experience in managing insured accounts and risk transfer techniques.

Responsibilities

• Serves as client advocate and primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Achieves new business sales goals and client retention targets.
• Develops client relationships and understands clients’ core business.
• Manages client expectations and service commitments.
• Identifies coverage deficiencies and recommends full coverage.
