The role requires staying current with industry products and carrier offerings to tailor insurance programs for clients. The position emphasizes serving as the primary client contact, developing strategic plans, and coordinating with carriers for binding coverage, renewals, and accurate quotations.

Qualifications

• Requires Property & Casualty license in home state.
• Minimum 5 years of account management in insurance (personal lines focus).
• High School diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus or required in some locations.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main client contact, guiding coverage changes and policy requirements.
• Develop insurance plans tailored to client needs.
• Act as field underwriter and carrier representative to bind coverage.
• Manage renewals and pursue high account retention.
• Prepare client proposals, loss evaluations, and risk analyses, with timely quotations and policies.
