Job summary

Relation Insurance Services is seeking an experienced Account Executive to manage and grow insured accounts, including non-insurance risk transfer and policy placements. You will guide complex accounts, mentor junior staff, and build strong client relationships to drive new and repeat business.

You will act as a field underwriter when needed, prepare proposals and risk analyses, and educate clients on policy coverage and changes.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty License from domicile is required and must be maintained.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a 4-year degree is preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in insurance with a focus on commercial lines.
• Deep understanding of commercial lines coverage and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as client advocate and primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Achieve new business sales and client retention goals.
• Develop relationships and understand clients’ core business.
• Analyze accounts by risk and exposure; design strategic plans.
• Assist with claims and renewal/remarket processes.
• Review audits and cancellations with proactive actions.
