Job summary

Relation Insurance Services, Inc. - Central is seeking an experienced Account Executive to lead strategy for insured accounts and non-insurance risk transfers, including policy placement.

You will mentor teammates, build client relationships, and guide coverage decisions to minimize exposures, with a focus on commercial lines and complex accounts. The role requires a Property & Casualty license, 7+ years in insurance, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Property and Casualty license required and maintained; CPCU/CIC preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or four-year degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years in insurance with focus on commercial lines.
• Strong knowledge of risk management and loss control.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Serve as client advocate and primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Achieve new business sales and client retention goals.
• Develop strong client relationships and understand client's core business.
• Assess coverage gaps and design strategic insurance plans.
• Assist with claims and renewals; analyze risk and exposure.
• Educate clients on policy changes.
