Relation Insurance Services seeks an experienced Account Executive to manage and develop strategy for insured accounts, including non-insurance risk transfer and placement of policies. You will guide complex accounts, mentor team members, and build lasting client relationships to drive new business opportunities.

The role requires substantial experience in commercial lines, strong communication, and the ability to handle renewals and risk analyses.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in the insurance industry with a focus on Commercial lines.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverage and risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as client advocate and primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Achieve new business sales goals and client retention targets.
• Develop professional relationships and understand clients’ core business.
• Manage client expectations and service commitments; anticipate needs.
• Review and renew policies; educate clients on coverage changes and exclusions.
• Prepare proposals, loss evaluations, and risk analyses for quotations.
