Job summary

Relation Insurance Inc. is seeking an Account Executive to manage and develop strategies for insured accounts and risk transfer techniques. You will build and maintain client relationships, guide complex accounts, and drive new business opportunities while mentoring teammates.

The role emphasizes client advocacy, renewal remarketing, risk analysis, and proactive service. A PC license and 7+ years in commercial insurance are preferred, with travel to client sites expected.

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty license required.
• Four-year degree preferred.
• 7+ years in insurance with Commercial lines focus.
• Strong knowledge of risk management and loss control.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as client advocate and primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Achieves new business sales goals and client retention targets.
• Develops professional relationships and understands client core business.
• Manages client expectations and service commitments to anticipate needs.
• Analyzes accounts for risk characteristics and exposure to design strategic plans.
• Supports renewal processes and loss evaluations with accurate quotations.
