Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of risk insurance experience with account management.
• Ability to handle large, multinational clients.
• Lead book of business of at least $2.5–$3 million in annual revenue.
• Active Property & Casualty license.

Responsibilities

• Retains and grows Aon’s business by managing client relationships and renewal strategies.
• Drives renewal process and coordinates with brokers to deliver renewal strategies.
• Ensures client service team understands client needs and the economic framework of services.
• Invoicing and receivables follow‑up for assigned clients to ensure timely collections.
