Aon in the United States is seeking a Senior Account Manager for our Commercial Risk team. This hybrid role is based in Seattle, WA or Portland, OR and collaborates with Account Executives to manage a book of business and ensure smooth service delivery.

You will lead renewal cycles, coordinate with client services and Premium Accounting, and prepare stewardship reports. The position emphasizes client impact, teamwork across geographies, and ongoing professional growth within a supportive

Qualificações

• 5+ years of insurance experience required.
• Broker license strongly preferred, or to be obtained within 120 days of start date.
• Strong client service and renewal support experience.
• Ability to analyze data and prepare stewardship reports and client presentations.
• Experience coordinating with ACS and billing on client needs.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Account Executives on assigned book of business, manage day-to-day service processes and outputs.
• Support a variety of strategic, client-facing initiatives and renewal cycles.
• Draft quote comparisons and ensure accurate documentation and filings.
• Serve as primary liaison with client services and billing teams to ensure quality deliverables.
