• Retains and grows Aon’s business by cultivating relationships with senior client decision-makers.
• Drives renewal process and coordinates renewal strategy with the team.
• Ensures account profitability and manages client servicing in line with the Client Promise Plan.
• Educates clients on risk management and industry trends.
