Qualifications

• Must have a valid Property & Casualty license.
• 2–3 years of broking experience placing all lines of P&C coverage for commercial clients.
• Ability to advise, recommend and explain P&C products to meet client insurance needs.
• Strong communication skills; proficient with MS Office, G Suite; Salesforce a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming tasks for your assigned book of business.
• Provide high-quality customer interactions as you acclimate to and evolve your book of business.
• Present additional products to existing customers.
• Collaborate with external partners and client service team to develop sales and retention strategies.
• Aim to exceed revenue targets through renewals, cross-sell/up-sell, and new business.
• Engage in daily training and professional development opportunities.
