• Develop consultative relationships with C-suite and senior management decision-makers.
• Document interactions in the CRM system.
• Drive client engagement via customer feedback to achieve goals.
• Cross-sell FTIS products and services to expand relationships.
• Support One Bank strategy by collaborating with internal teams.
• Facilitate client reviews and ensure timely fee invoicing.
