Job summary

Fifth Third Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager in the Dearborn Heights area to acquire, grow, and retain Preferred Program customers. You will engage clients with needs-based assessments, collaborate with partners, and use our consultative sales approach to deliver tailored financial solutions.

The role emphasizes building trusted relationships, crossing sell opportunities in wealth and investment referrals, and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, including licenses and SAFE

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent required.
• Experience in a sales environment; financial industry experience preferred.
• SIE, 6, 63 and insurance licenses required; 65 within 90 days for external hires.

Responsibilities

• Execute retail strategies to grow Preferred Program households and fulfill customer needs.
• Build deep customer relationships and act as trusted advisor through consultative sales and service processes.
• Maintain knowledge of products and services; collaborate with Financial Center team on referrals and investments.
