Job summary

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• Experience in a sales environment; experience in financial industry
• Pass consultative selling skills certification and ongoing education requirements as prescribed.

Responsibilities

• Execute retail strategies to increase Preferred Program households and meet goals.
• Build relationships with customers as trusted advisor via consultative process.
• Demonstrate ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly.
• Support sales and referral activities with the Financial Center team.
• Maintain knowledge of product and service offerings and update as needed.
• Meet or exceed investment sales and referral goals with Investment Executive.
• Initiate customer contact via in-center interactions, telemarketing, seminars, and events.
